Privacy Policy

Coaching only works if you can be honest, and you can only be honest if you know where what you say goes. This is written to be read rather than to cover us.

What we hold

• Your name, email address and password, stored hashed.
• What you buy, and how many credits you have. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• A private coaching memory for each coach you talk to: what you are working on, what you tried, what happened. This is what lets a coach pick up where you left off.
• Session transcripts and summaries, so a coach can follow up on what you actually said.

How the sensitive parts are stored

Your coaching memory, transcripts and summaries are encrypted at rest with a key held by the application, not stored alongside them in readable form.

Who else sees it

• Anam renders the coach on screen and generates their voice, so the words spoken in a session pass through their systems.
• Anthropic provides the model behind coach reasoning and safety screening.
• Stripe processes payments and holds your card details, not us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your sessions to advertise to you.

Safety

Sessions are screened for signs that someone may be in danger, so that a coach can respond properly and point to real human help. That screening is part of the service and cannot be turned off.

What you can ask for

• A copy of what we hold about you.
• Deletion of your account, your memory and your transcripts.
• Correction of anything wrong.

Children

Omwell is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Coaches never assess or diagnose a child, and a child is never the client.
